Your experience begins with a warm greeting from your personal guide. Take a moment to get comfortable, stretch your legs, and enjoy a glass of welcome bubbles paired with a small bite as your group gathers. Whether you’ve come solo or as part of a party, our 10-person experience is designed to feel intimate, engaging, and easy to enjoy.

The tasting begins inside our winery, where you’ll explore four of our featured wines while touring the space and learning the heart behind our winemaking philosophy. As you sip and stroll, you’ll hear about our history, our land, and the legacy that continues to shape every pour.

Next, step aboard our custom safari vehicle and head out into the ranch. With a glass in hand, you’ll journey across our picturesque property — home to whitetail deer, blackbuck antelope, scimitar oryx, addax, zebras, wildebeest, sables, and many more. On your way back, you’ll get a special look at our conference center and pavilion, where we host corporate retreats and larger events that blend wild beauty with elevated service.

The finale unfolds in our barrel room—a surprise wine and food pairing that brings the experience full circle in a space that feels both exclusive and unforgettable.

How long does the experience last?

Experiences last approximately 1.5 hours
How many people are in each group? Can we reserve as a single party?

Each tour is limited to 10 guests to ensure an intimate, personalized experience for everyone. Guests may book individual seats or reserve all 10 spots if they’d like the entire experience to themselves. For families or private groups wishing to tour exclusively, we recommend booking the full 10-person block—subject to availability.
Where do we meet, and is there parking?

Your experience begins at the front gate of Triple R Ranch, located at 2776 County Road 125, Whitesboro, Texas 76273. Upon arrival, use the call box and press the call button to be connected with your guide, who will grant you entry. Once inside, simply follow the signs to the designated parking area—your guide will be there to welcome you and get your experience started.
Can we arrive early or late?

We kindly ask guests to arrive slightly early, as we only offer two guided experiences per day and aim to start on time. Please plan to arrive no earlier or later than 30 minutes from your scheduled start time. If you arrive late, our guides may already be out touring with other guests and unable to grant entry. If you're running behind, please call ahead (214-578-2433) as soon as possible so we can do our best to adjust and ensure you still enjoy a meaningful experience.
What should we wear or bring?

Much of your experience will take place outdoors, including our parking area and the property tour, so we recommend dressing comfortably and in weather-appropriate attire. Close-toed shoes are encouraged for walking and safety, though not required. You’re also welcome to bring a small bag, backpack, or purse with you during the experience.
Is this experience wheelchair/stroller accessible?

At this time, the experience is not wheelchair or stroller accessible. Guests will need to be able to climb stairs to board and exit our safari vehicle, and portions of the tour take place across uneven and rugged terrain. Additionally, as we continue to enhance the property, certain areas may be under construction or temporarily unpaved. We’re actively working to expand accessibility across the ranch, and we appreciate your understanding as we grow. If you have specific mobility concerns, please reach out directly 214-578-2433 — we’ll do our best to accommodate where possible.
Are children or pets allowed?

To ensure the comfort and safety of all guests, we kindly ask that you leave both children and pets at home for this experience. Our tours are designed for adults and include environments—like the safari vehicle and barrel room—that may not be suitable for little ones or furry friends. Thank you for understanding.
Can we book private or corporate events beyond the standard tasting?

Absolutely. If you're looking for a private experience, you’re welcome to reserve all 10 spots in a single booking to enjoy the tour exclusively with your group. For larger parties of 20 or more—including corporate events, celebrations, or retreats—please contact one of our Experience Coordinators at 214-578-2433. We’ll work with you to create a customized visit that’s memorable, seamless, and distinctly Triple R.
What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

We offer full refunds for cancellations made at least one week prior to your scheduled tour date. Cancellations made within one week of the tour are non-refundable. Need to adjust your plans? Guests may reschedule their reservation at any time—free of charge—through the online account portal. We’re happy to accommodate changes whenever possible so you can enjoy your visit when the timing is right.
Do you offer wine for purchase or membership?

Find a wine you love? We offer our wines for purchase on-site during your visit—by the taste, glass, bottle, or case. Whether you want to enjoy another pour while relaxing at the ranch or take a few bottles home, we’ve got you covered. We’re also in the process of building a wine club that captures the essence of Triple R—exclusive, memorable, and filled with special perks. Interested in joining? Can we taste specific wines or request a selection?

Our tasting tours are thoughtfully curated by our team in advance to highlight the best of what we offer—showcasing a variety of styles and stories from our winery. While we don’t offer customized selections during the tour, we invite you to explore additional wines by the glass or bottle afterward in our tasting room.
Is the experience seasonal?

Yes! We offer our Signature Safari Tour Experience throughout the year, with the exception of select blackout dates and weather-related closures. Our goal is to ensure each visit is safe, comfortable, and as memorable as possible. If weather conditions may impact your tour, we’ll notify you in advance and work with you to reschedule.
Do you offer gift certificates or group discounts?

At this time, we do not offer gift certificates or group discounts. However, we’re always exploring ways to enhance our guest experience—so stay tuned for future offerings. If you’re planning a larger group visit, feel free to reach out to discuss custom options with our team.
