Each tour is limited to 10 guests to ensure an intimate, personalized experience for everyone. Guests may book individual seats or reserve all 10 spots if they’d like the entire experience to themselves. For families or private groups wishing to tour exclusively, we recommend booking the full 10-person block—subject to availability.

Your experience begins at the front gate of Triple R Ranch & Winery, located at 2776 County Road 125, Whitesboro, Texas 76273. Upon arrival, use the call box and press the "call" button to be connected with your guide, who will grant you entry. Once inside the gate, simply follow the parking signs to the designated parking area, then follow the winery signs, over the bridge to the winery—your guide will be there to welcome you and get your experience started.

We kindly ask guests to arrive slightly early, as we only offer two guided experiences per day and aim to start promptly. Please plan to arrive no earlier or later than 15 minutes from your scheduled start time. If you arrive late, our guides may already be out touring with other guests and unable to grant you entry.

If you're running behind, please call ahead (214-578-2433) as soon as possible so we can do our best to adjust and ensure you still enjoy a meaningful experience.

Much of your experience will take place outdoors, including our parking area and the property tour, so we recommend dressing comfortably and in weather-appropriate attire. Close-toed shoes are encouraged for walking and safety, though not required. You’re also welcome to bring a small bag, backpack, or purse with you during the experience.

At this time, the experience is not wheelchair or stroller accessible. Guests will need to be able to climb stairs to board and exit our safari vehicle, and portions of the tour take place across uneven and rugged terrain. Additionally, as we continue to enhance the property, certain areas may be under construction or temporarily unpaved.

To ensure the comfort and safety of all guests, we kindly ask that you leave both children and pets at home for this experience. We offer full refunds for cancellations made at least one week prior to your scheduled tour date. Cancellations made within one week of the tour are non-refundable.

Need to adjust your plans? Guests may reschedule their reservation at any time—free of charge—through the online account portal. We’re happy to accommodate changes whenever possible so you can enjoy your visit when the timing is right.

We offer our wines for purchase on-site during your visit—by the taste, glass, bottle, or case. Whether you want to enjoy another pour while relaxing at the ranch or take a few bottles home, we’ve got you covered.

No, we offer our Signature Safari Tour Experience throughout the year, with the exception of select blackout dates and weather-related closures. Our goal is to ensure each visit is safe, comfortable, and as memorable as possible. If weather conditions may impact your tour, we’ll notify you in advance and work with you to reschedule.
